We do not collect any information from you.
3. How We Use Your Information
Request payloads may be briefly held in memory or short-term logs for operational debugging, but are automatically purged and never retained beyond what is necessary for reliability and security.
4. Data Retention
Definitions of words and linguistic categories requested are retained by our systems for future reference by all of our users.
5. Security
- All data in transit uses modern encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access to operational logs is restricted and audited.
7. Children's Privacy
Encuentra is not intended for children under 13.
Children under 13 should not use the app without parental consent.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, AI language models), but they are restricted from accessing any data not directly applicable to serving the vocabulary request.
Third-party language model APIs used for translation do not have access to any identifying information about the user.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of Encuentra means you accept the updated policy.
